Working Code for both parts
(9,7) and (21,18) are the answers.

To DO :

-Clean up all code and keep only files that are needed.
-Add a line to increase CPU LImit time for Part 2 codes (limit cputime 3600)
-Setup script for extra credit
-For extra credit codes, output running time into a file.
-Find Running time for main output.
