Changing the markdown provider could be quite an API change, but instead I elected to add a small PSR Container layer inbetween, to leave the functioning identical to the current behaviour.

I didn't add a commonmark parser yet, but that's one extra commit away, if that's deemed required.

Added tests using a super dumb parser, since "parsing markdown" isn't exactly bound to contracts.

Helps with #252

Does NOT change public API, but you can override the contract in your
application's service provider.

I changed the base to 2.x, since this is a change that can be implemented in v2 without serious issues (no method signatures were changed)

Really nice! Thank you for the enhancement, I'll release this with v2 but I'll write a similar solution for v3.
