add alternative_title to item and collection view.

Fixes #5015

Display Alternative title on work and collection page when the work and collection has an alternative title.

Guidance for testing, such as acceptance criteria or new user interface behaviors:

• Log in (as either admin or regular logged in user)
• Create a work and collection with required metadata
• Add Alternative title entries to the collection and the work just created.
• View work or collection page and verify that the Alt title is there.
