Install opencv-3.1.0 with opencv_contrib as follows:

1. Download opencv-3.1.0 from http://opencv.org/downloads.html.
2. Clone opencv_contrib from GitHub using https://github.com/Itseez/opencv_contrib.
3. Read installation instructions in opencv_contrib.

To run the python script, type in linux terminal: $ python script.py
