Signature could not be validated: SAML EntityID not found

I am getting a "Signature could not be validated: SAML EntityID not found" when I try to update my profile. I am using S0002818422 ID and checked an my email jpazahanick@eicexperts.com is attached to both. Would like to my profile to the new SAP Mentor Finder.

Thanks Greg as that worked. Any insights on where I will need to go to update my picture as currently showing the lemon icon.

I have a picture on both SCN profile image and Xing and it is not showing up in tool.

Jarrett’s first email exists but doesn’t have a Gravatar. His 2nd email exists and does have a Gravatar. This logic results in trying to grab the Gravatar for the first email (which doesn’t exist). Depending on what gets assigned to photoUrl, this also results in not attempting to grab the Twitter, Xing, or SCN images.
