• based on previous PR by @salinecitrine.
• mocha reporting:
  • shows skipped tests.
  • cleanup error message.
• workflows:
  • make the deploy jobs depend on successful tests.
  • at request of @p2004a joined everything into one workflow file.
• add a special test scanning infolog.txt for errors.
• update to run on Supreme Isthmus v1.8

Pending before bar PR:

• Merge:
  • Tests: Helpers for simple heightmap levelling, and autolevel beyond-all-reason/Beyond-All-Reason#4069
  • Add gl4 depends to a few gl4 widgets. beyond-all-reason/Beyond-All-Reason#4045
• PR:
  • blueprint_api and blueprint_line part
  • maybe move some of the test examples to the test area so they will run:
    • could go to selftests:
      • test_mock
      • test_wait
    • test_arm_vs_cor_fighter: I think this one doesn't always work, arm does win
    • test_grunts_vs_pawns.lua: this one works fine
