Quip doesn't like blockquote > p. This strips out the inner <p> element when it's safe to do so.
Unlike Obsidian, Quip doesn't render paragraphs with margin. This adds a newline between adjacent paragraphs so that WYSIWYG, or at least something closer to that.


          Fix (some) blockquotes, add empty line between paragraphs
