Alpine Linux for Kindle KUAL Launcher v0.1-alpha3

The Launcher now supports updating itself.

For initial install extract the contents of alpine_kindle_kual.zip into your "extensions" folder (So that in the folder "extensions" there is a folder "alpine_kindle_kual" and in there are a lot of files)

New:

• Checks free space before extracting alpine.zip now
• Draws error message when trying to drop into undeployed Alpine shell

First release! Just extract alpine_kindle_kual.zip, and copy the alpine_kindle_kual folder (inside "extensions") into the extensions folder on your jailbroken Kindle. A "Alpine Linux" entry should be added to KUAL now.
