This adds a 1.1 pickle file, just to ensure the storage change doesn't break anything. I'm also going to make a 1.2 file after 1.2 is out (and due to the storage change, I think the next release probably should be 1.2 instead of 1.1.1 as I was thinking). Unlikely to break anyone, but... just in case.
Also adding a noxfile with a way to run the pickle file generation.
