@mathieu-benoit there are ways to do it. It'll be best to do it after we've moved the domain over. Until then, doing a local preview works correct and the instructions are up to date so I'd suggest folks use that in the meantime. |

The score-spec org and repos are in the process of being moved over to the CNCF. As part of this we'd like to reduce the attachment to Humanitec which has since been sponsoring DNS and hosting for the docs/website.
This PR adds the CI steps to begin publishing through GH pages and no longer push to Humanitec's deployment pipeline.
The preview can be seen here: https://score-spec.github.io/docs/docs/. Note that the URL will be prettier once we can verify the custom domain for docs.score.dev.
