 - Fixed an issue assigning dictionaries caused by returning nested dictionaries in a `RecursiveDict` and `RecursiveDict` instances. This has been fixed by doing the conversion at assignment time. A keyword argument, ``propagate_type``, allows to disable that behaviour.
