Main task of Individual Programming Project in year 2022.
First part of the task is to implement operations regarding phone forwarding.
Second part of the task is to add '*' and '#' as supported digits and to implement function phfwdReverse().
Third part of the task is to implement function phfwdGetReverse() and standardize all functions for NULL arguments.
