ClearNLP (2.0.2) patched

A patched clearnlp 2.0.2 (see info below). The patch prevents NULL-pointer exception thrown by a semantic role labeler. Modified Java files: EnglishSRLabeler.java and DEPLibEn.java

The ClearNLP project provides fast and robust NLP components implemented in Java. The project has been developed at:
