- Bump terraform-plugin-sdk version to 2.10.1
- go mod tidy & vendor
Currently any acceptance test fails with error "unsupported state format version: expected ["0.1" "0.2"], got "1.0"". This happens because github-ci uses newer version of terraform with newer version of terraform-plugin sdk.
