Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses
This Pull Request makes the TemporaryIdentiferWidget to display the MRN after the patient is selected instead of displaying the patient's fullname.
Current behavior before PR
Once a patient is selected, the fullname is displayed instead of the MRN
Desired behavior after PR is merged
Once a patient is selected, the MRN is displayed
