This PR fixes two things
Logspath. There's an inconsistent experience with the GUI logs, in prod the logs are stored in
../../../cli/build/logswhile locally they're stored in../../../validator-cli/build/logs. This PR will account for both paths and ensure a consistent experience.Overlapping Content. On Some screen sizes, the welcome text in the GUI Onboarding page overlaps with the SVG in the background and obscures some part of the text. This PR centers the page contents horizontally and verticall ensuring there's enough room for all page content to fit without overlaps.
