This reads the remaining research triggers, plus the mining-with-fluid unlock. It also adds the information to the technology tooltips and dependency map: the Space platform technology now also depends on Space platform starter pack launched, and the Uranium ore mining mechanic depends on the Uranium mining tech.
If multiple techs have the mining-with-fluid unlock, the corresponding mechanics are unlocked by any of the technologies. As before, unlocks related to the mining drill(s), fuel(s), and mining fluid must also be satisfied.
