• Follows Bump minimum version to Node 18 #96

This introduced a bit of an engines warning. boxen supports "node": ">=18", but it now depends on cli-boxes 4, which only supports "node": ">=18.20".

This bubbles up through a handful of other packages: update-notifier supports "node": ">=18", and np depends on that and also supports "node": ">=18".

Indeed, that's due to import attributes being used in that package. So either it's brought back to v3 or this package is updated to match that engines.node version. I see it has caused some issues on the Astro repo
