Subscription flow, how does it work?

Hello,
I just added this code:

Without while it will terminate after a few seconds... with while it will go on without any answer... I have a solution with receive(); but I just want to test this function.... where is my mistake? I don't understand the function I think...

I don't need while()
Correct is:

$client->text($connectionTibber);
$client->start();
