@ pre-release users: just so you know; i've removed the experimental refresh-to-load-new-posts behavior again as it was too unreliable. it's something i would like to explore in the future, but for now, i've reverted it to how it was before.

hopefully fixing the mistakes that i've made in the last version! i've also fixed some long-standing bugs:

• when the reply/reblog header displays both a reply and a boost (when a reply has been boosted), it finally manages to properly load all custom emoji!
• discover pages (hashtags, news, accounts) no longer load indefinitely sometimes (no promises on that one)
• fix context menu in account lists
• and, uhm, more

this version contains only a few fixes and one fix for a pretty minor issue: not being able to delete posts from your profile if boosted. to fix this, not only did i have to ensure the items all had the post's ID in them for me to remove them; i also had to make the remove procedure compatible with removing multiple appearances of a post (e.g. the original post and the boosted post above). and tbh, i have no idea if i implemented it correctly. it seems to be working on first glance, but iit might just crash due to an out-of-bounds index in some other cases - i don't know. if someone would like to take a look at the code, it's the changes in this file that worry me: 9a985aa?diff=split#diff-f3f7419da82b15b4d44525822d98703fb58454c3577e48a0417cfcfd079221a3 (especially how removeStatusDisplayItems is called, and how the indexOffset is handled). please try removing posts, and removing posts in threads if you have time, and let me know if it crashes!

now, i'd really like to publish a proper release very soon, but i made some rather big changes recently and i'm not sure if i introduced any new bugs with that. so if this pre-release goes well, i hope to release a new version to the play store very soon.
now there's also some new upstream changes (especially the addition of lists, including better list management than what we have), but i'd rather release a new version before i start merging those changes.

this pre-release has quite some bugfixes (at least i hope they actually fix those bugs) that should fix inconsistencies in the posts' visibility/expanded toggles, as well as the "load posts above/below" gaps being missing when posts are filtered out.
