Repro: cargo install rerun-cli --locked

See rerun-io/rerun#6865 for details

I can confirm that it worked on 0.2.8

This reverts commit 7c77558.

This was not fixing the actual bug since the misparsing was in the wrong file anyway
(Cargo.toml vs Cargo.toml.origin), and it caused regression (#26)
