Python jobs use deprecated Ubuntu 18.04 image #5

I found this issue as a warning in the pipelines of marshmallow-code/flask-marshmallow#248.

The ubuntu 18.04 image is deprecated and will be removed 23/04/01 (actions/runner-images#6002), the version should be bumped to 20.04 or 22.04.
