  • adds a helm chart for nextcloud, zitadel, matrix, mastodon, and home assistant PVCs to configure them appropriately with regards to backup schedule, storage capacity, and storage class.
  • Also does an overhaul of secret naming for all s3 and backup values.
  • switching more values to valuesObject

This will be merged in conjunction with: small-hack/smol-k8s-lab#210
