Not working for youtube-dl videos?

Hello, I tried using this script on a web video (from vimeo) (which uses youtube-dl afaik) but it failed in a pretty much unreadable error I'll paste below (a trimmed version because it's too many characters for github).
Is this normal behavior because of the source, or is this a bug that could be fixed?

It results from the way ytdl_hook works, which doesn't pass the url directly to mpv. We can support it but need some more codes.
