Usage

1. Install composer packages
2. Place .candidates.csv in db/ (Maintain the structure as old file, I loaded CSV from Google Forms.)
3. Update settings in common.php
4. You can go live

Issue

CSV is used as database for storing polling result. It work fine in basic scenario for my case.
