Takmil Attendance System

1.App Overview:

    * Takmil App is created to save , process and maintain the attendence of 
    children in schools. 

    * The app requests the user to enter the school , class , grade information and 
    then proceeds with class photo that is taken through the camera in the app. 

    * After getting all the information , it stores them in Azure cloud and does 
    image processing on the photo. 

    * Later on it transform's those data into stunning visuals using 
    Microsoft Power BI.

2.App Location:

    The App's APK is stored inside the cloud and can be downloaded from the below link

3.App Requirements:

    * This app will only run on "Android 6.0 and above". So if have lesser 
    version of android phone this app will not work.

    * You need internet connectivity to download and upload your information 
    in the app.

    * You need to ON your GPS ,the app uses gps to track your location.

    * The app is not added in Google playStore yet, So the app will 
    be considered  anonymous by your phone. 
    The phone will give warning before installing the app, You have to go 
    ahead and do it anyway.

    * While your are running the app for the first time , the app requests 
    user for various access like location,photos,storage etc. 
    You have to accept all.

    * Your phone should have a camera in it.

4.App Installation:

Step 1:    
    Please click the app's download link and download the app.

Step 2:
    After clicking the link , press INSTALL Button 

Step 3:
    Sometimes the phone won't allow to install the app for 
    security reasons,if so please go to SETTINGS 
    SECURITY => Enable Unknown Resources

Step 4:

    * Disable Google Play Protect.

        Open "Play Store" application => Tap on Menu
        button => Select "Play Protect" => Select 
        "Settings icon" => Disable "Scan device for security threats".

    * Disable notifications related to Google Play Protect.  

        On Android phone  >= 8 version only.
        Settings => Apps => Google Play 
        Store => Notifications => High priority => Turn OFF 

Step 5:
    Now you have downloaded the takmil app in your phone. 
    The Takmil Application Icon looks like this  

5.App Usage:

Step 1:
    Click the Takmil Icon, the app will open with the info page

Step 2:
    Please enter your School Name , Teacher Name , Class Name and 
    click NEXT Button. Note all the fields are * Mandatory here. 
    That means if you dont specify all of them you can't proceed to 
    next activity in the app.

Step 3:

    When you work with this app for the first time , the app request's user 
    for various access like location,photos,storage etc . 

    Please click ALLOW for all requests ,then only you will be able to move on 
    to the next activity.

    Remember the access granting will only happen when you run the app for 
    the very first time.

Step 4:
    Now you are all ready to get the class phototaken. When you are ready please 
    press the TAKE PHOTO Button.

Step 5:
    If you wish not to take any photo and press UPLOAD Button , the app will not 
    allow you to upload your information.

Step 6:
    Proceed to click your photo. 
    Press "TICK" to accept the photo , if you want to retake your photo
    press "REFRESH" or if you dont want to take any photo press "CROSS".

Step 7:
    Finally your ready for uploading.... Go ahead and press UPLOAD Button.

Step 8:
    Close your Takmil App. Good Job!!!
