Simple and straightforward yui compressor wrapper plugin

Supports aggregation and compression of javascript and css sources.

Compared to http://alchim.sourceforge.net/yuicompressor-maven-plugin/ works with m2e incremental build. Also has much smaller and arguably cleaner codebase.
