BFD + Fair VOQ interop fix for enabling BFD on Q100
Improved logging within existing infrastructure of SAI log messages so that error and interrupt information can be collected.
Remove Mac Error counters from being included in RX_DROP. Report only in RX_ERR
Fix for SDK clear_trap_configuration errors
show voq profile count in "show platform npu voq voq_globals" command
Supported WRED(random early drop) for lossy queues on Q200 and Q100.
Fixed OQ buffers and bytes discrepancy.
Update VOQ CGM profiles on port speed change.
Create VOQ CGM profiles based on port speeds dynamically.
Fixed Q100 get threshold index failure on PFC watchdog.
Fixed SDK error log during config reload on a switch where one or more of the Ethernet ports are not ADMIN UP
Caveats:
Reboot is delayed due to watchdog expiry causing some test cases to fail. Seen once on Q100 system only.
Staticd crash during everflow dhcp policier, observed once
Orchagent crash due to exiting loopback0 route entry
SDK 'DISABLED_PORT" logs during config reload,on Q100 no functionality impact. Will be cleaned up.
gbsyncd crash observed once during going down path, RC known, no functionality impact.
