[marvell-arm64]: Update kernel patches for Linux 6.1.x (#352)

This patch ports the Marvell patches to bookworm kernel and updates the series file to remove upstreamed patches. Also the new order of patches is created in series file. Fixes #16865 Signed-off-by: Keshav Gupta <keshavg@marvell.com>
