Can we change the naming so that the interface names and aliases are in sync with SONiC naming.

Why I did it
Add Nokia platform Nokia-IXR7250Ex36x100G 100G linecard device data.
(This PR require the NDK 22.6.4 to work with)

On device, check directory /usr/share/sonic/device/x86_64-nokia_ixr7250e_36x400g-r0/Nokia-IXR7250Ex36x100G should be present.
