- Why I did it
Udev rules need to support 2*C0 devices totally 96 ports. But it only support 48 ports before.

Add more items into the udev rules
- How to verify it
use command consutil show can shows 1~96. Disconnect 2*C0 device from E1031 it pops out that port 1 to port 96 been disconnected. consutil connect X can connect to the assigned port.
