What is the motivation for this PR? 1. Need to run ip packet testcase with topology 2. Need to optimize code and error log How did you do it? 1. Add topology mark any 2. Add more discription in error log 3. Change max packet range and some logic How did you verify/test it? Run test Any platform specific information? Supported testbed topology if it's a new test case?
