This PR updates and extends protein family alignment with the SIGNOR database. First, I found families that have not yet been mapped to SIGNOR but have equivalents and added these to equivalences.csv. Then I reviewed each unmapped family from SIGNOR and identified ones that are good candidates for import into FamPlex. I then semi-automatically created new families, relations, groundings and SIGNOR-equivalences for these families.
