This cleans up the Settings UI, consolidates some duplicated code, adds a setting to disable Project icons, includes the #26 Hierarchy Icons feature with additional alignment settings.
Also moves most of the UI classes to the UI namespace, hopefully it won't break existing serialized layouts... 🤞
Also fixes a NRE in the settings git path view.
