Well, where do I start?

I suppose, where I did start will do…

About three years ago, during my economics studies. I began developing iOS apps. At first, as a new side project, but I realised quickly that this could be more than a hobby for me.

Fast forward to late 2021.

I had just completed my bachelor's. I suddenly had a lot more time to spend on coding. And I loved every fucking second of it.

I wanted to spend 2022 in New Zealand, try out a new place, figure some things out. But covid made that impossible. So, I decided to try out practical software development. I spent most of 2022 working at MaibornWolff, a german IT consulting firm.

And it showed me, what I already suspected:

I want to do this professionally.

Had a lovely time there, and come 2023, I finally did make it to New Zealand. Particularly, studying computer science at AUT in Auckland for a semester.

Well, and that brings me to today. I'm just now finishing up here, getting ready to travel home (with a 5 week layover in Australia, though).
