Release

For both maintenance branches and main which might be on milestones:

• Check that GH milestone for release don't have open issues
• Check if automation issues for GH Release is done
• Pick Release GA workflow, choose correct branch and execute it manually
• It's automated but stops for manual verification before promoting from staging to release and before pushing to central
• You can manually verify central landing area https://s01.oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/releases/org/springframework/shell/
• Pump version by running Next Dev Version workflow
• Run Deploy Docs workflow against docs-build branch without refname option
• Create new GH Milestone
• Publish GH Release
• Change versions in spring.io
• Blog
• Possibly update https://github.com/spring-io/start.spring.io
