Hi there 👋

At SIX 🚀 I am leading an agile product team of cloud native and Kubernetes technology experts. Together, we operate, maintain, and continuously improve efficient, secure and stable container platforms that underpin the system relevant financial infrastructure services for Spain and Switzerland, including exchanges, securities, financial information, inter banking solutions and national banks.

After work I am training people to become scuba divers. My students have achieved a variety of scuba diving certifications and specialties.

Besides work and scuba diving I am studying management sciences and have achieved a variety of diplomas. Namely an EMBA in Innovative & New Leadership, an MBA in IT-Management, CASs in General Management, IT-Management, Digital Strategy & Performance, Innovative & New Leadership. I am currently a student of the Doctor of Business Administration.

I uniquely combine decades of in-depth Information Technology experience and education with an extensive knowledge and experience of the organisation of passionate and performing human work.

  • 💻 Linux, Open Source and Code since 1998. Author and contributor to numerous projects. Including the pre GitHub era.
  • 🤿 PADI Instructor #520610, teaching scuba diving students in Switzerland and occasionaly in the tropics.
  • 👟 Running 3-5km every 3 days, takes approximately 45 mins.
