• Fixes support for using the intersects parameter at the base of a search (regression from changes in 0.4.4)

• Changes requirement in README for PostgreSQL to 13+, the triggers used to main partitions are not available to be used on partitions prior to 13 (Fixes Partitioned tables cannot have BEFORE / FOR EACH ROW triggers #90)
