Remove the highlighted nodes related to the search term

Task

When looking at the knowledge graph, it's annoying when the 100% nodes cover the graph. It would be nice to see the graph in full.

Acceptance Criteria

• When the user opens second brain OR after a search, we've removed the [100%] boxes and connections from the graph so it's easier to view
• No Bubbles, % or connections should be visible if nothing is selected
• Viewable should just be the floating node boxes
