few questions when testing @ecurrencyhodler you can chime in on this aswell probably

1). when I click on the org itself there is no action should we just make it open the manage bounty page and if we cant manage then open the bounty's for that org?

2). I think if we have more than 6 bounties I cant scroll to see more

3). when we click to view bounties can we make it so that we don't open a new tab?

going to merge now just might want to address these in a later PR
