Thank you for integrating David's initial tutorial. I've merged it and will be making some edits today. If there's feedback or suggestions, I'll get back to you.

Could you also add the other two of David's tutorials? It can be in the same Starknet Book MD file (ch04-01-accounts.md)? With those in place, I can release the award from 'only dust'.

So what I'm thinking is,

ch04-02-hello-account could hold the whole process of creating the account from scratch, then deployment and interacting with the account using Starkli. So the third and fourth chapter can now build on the foundational account.

What are your thoughts?
