ch04-02-01-hello-accountto reflect the current Scarb and Cairo version.Scarb -> 2.3.1
Cairo -> 2.3.1
I have also updated the contract account's
Scarb.tomlfile as well to the current Starknet plugin,2.3.0.I haven't seen any breaking changes so far with the new Scarb version.
