Can send multiple contact requests in a row without canceling

Description

There is a way in UI to send multiple contact requests to the same chat key without canceling the first one.
This option should be disabled to prevent the possibility of easily and quickly sending a large number of requests, which is a potential spam vector.
Another reason for limiting he possible number of sent requests to just one: there is currently an incompatibility with the mobile client when sending a large number of requests.

Steps to reproduce

1. Press Start chat
2. Paste a chat key > Send Contact Request
3. Remove the chat key from the field > repeat step 2

Expected behavior

Once sent the contact request gets the Pending status and cannot be sent again without canceling through Settings (Confirmed by @pedro-et).

Actual behavior

Can send an unlimited number of requests to one chat key
