[sfpshow] Cleanup (sonic-net#1405)

Clean up sfpshow utility

- Reword header docstring and comments
- Unify formatting
- Rename variables and constants
- Use `+=` for string concatenation to reduce line length
- Pass through `autopep8 --max-line-length 120`
