Issue: #18732

What I did

Migrated addon-links to use the ts-up bundler.

How to test

  • Is this testable with Jest or Chromatic screenshots? No
  • Does this need a new example in the kitchen sink apps? No
  • Does this need an update to the documentation? No

If your answer is yes to any of these, please make sure to include it in your PR.

While testing in examples/official-storybook, I noticed that there are imports from @addon-links/react, so I needed to add this endpoint here.

Please, let me know if there's a better approach!

I think we'll want to deprecate this at some point in the future, but that will be a separate issue/PR, so great work!
