Docs: Fix links and conditional rendering sections

What I did

With this pull request, some documentation changes were introduced, specifically:

• Fixed links in various pages to point to the right page where the .storybook/manager.js|ts is actually documented
• Conditionally rendered the last section of the Writing Stories / Build pages as it mentions React and other frameworks should be reading something that doesn't apply to it.
