Dependencies: Upgrade @storybook/csf to 0.1.5

What I did

Updated @storybook/csf to 0.1.5 to resolve issues with types as described in #26912. It needs to be bumped here as the InputType (etc.) types are bundled into @storybook/types as per

storybook/code/lib/types/src/modules/csf.ts
