Docs: Fix broken links in the monorepo documentation

With this pull request, the links included in the monorepo were updated to reflect the current state of the documentation to prevent it from generating misc errors (e.g., 404, 500).

What was done:

• Updated the links in the monorepo documentation to factor in the current state of the documentation.

Updated documentation links across multiple Storybook addon and preset READMEs to reflect current documentation structure and prevent broken links.

• Removed framework-specific paths (e.g. '/react/') from URLs to make links more generic
• Updated Framework Support links to point to new location
• Modified configuration and essentials documentation links
• Added renderer query parameters to some links (e.g. '?renderer=vue') for framework-specific docs
