User Guide: Explain conventions related to content field #1898

As recently discussed on Discord, SingleChoice and MultipleChoice can only take single-line strings. This in turn relates to a convention where StrictDoc decides if a field is single-line by its position in the grammar element.

The convention is alright as-is, but it should be explained in the user guide.
