v1.0: Deployable version of Podcast Feed Gen

After tons of work, Podcast Feed Gen is finally in a shape in which it can be deployed. It provides better functionality than the existing solution, and is not dependent on Feedburner. It does not need maintenance, but it is extensible and can be extended to use data from the new radiorevolt.no once it's up and running.

Known issues:

• Some performance issues
• No support for the new radiorevolt.no yet
• The code has grown to be quite messy at times; it must be cleaned up and better organized
• No unit tests means more things are going to be broken during development
